Note that it's not a common workflow to export individual stems that are printed master bus effects, because the sum of the processed stems will not equal the processed sum of the stems. Meaning your limiter will not be acting the same on your individual stems as it would on the sum of the stems, so the result will sound widely different.
A possible workaround would be create a mix bus routed to the external side chain input of the limiter processing a single stem, but while that works for a limiter, for certain other types of effects it would still not sound the same. One could imagine a feature that automates the successive one-by-one printing of individual stems processed through the effects on the mix bus, one could even go one step further and imagine a feature that automatically runs the entire mix only for external side chain input of all effects on the mix bus, adding external side chain inputs to effects that don't currently feature one, etc etc My new Logic Pro Book is out!
You'd have to tell KM at the start of the macro how many tracks there are, these need to be next to each other, so no track stacks, no associated Auxes, no double tracks feeding one or multiple channels making up that solo trombone, etc. The macro then would need to fetch the track name this would reset your audio file numbering in the background which may or may not what you want , and paste that name into the bounce dialog, then check for the bounce progress bar to disappear before moving to the next track.
There's many things that can go wrong here, so setting this up to be reasonably reliable will take quite a while.
